First, I apologize for the delay in getting the November ‘18 newsletter out this late. November has been very busy with multiple closings, many showings and a significant amount of due diligence and research for clients, as well as preparations for the Thanksgiving holiday.
Second, speaking of Thanksgiving, I’d like to briefly reflect on gratitude…
As William Arthur Ward wrote, “Feeling gratitude and not expressing it is like wrapping a present and not giving it.” In keeping with those wise words, I believe that gifts should be wrapped, given unexpectedly and, like gratitude, given often. That being said, I want to take a moment to express my gratitude for my family – nothing is more important or precious, my friends – who have been there through the best and worst of times, my clients – many of whom have become friends, and for which my family and I are truly grateful, and the many other ways in which we are truly fortunate.
Thank you for being a big part of why I am grateful, and know that I wish you and yours a safe and happy Thanksgiving. May you be blessed with many reasons to express and feel gratitude – not just during the holidays, but each and every day.
All My Best,
